Random Internet Awesomeness: Unicorn Mask Customer Reviews

A Unicorn Mask, presumably worn by an adult male

After reading a story about how 'unicorning' is going to become the new 'planking' or 'Tebowing,' I decided to see how much it would set me back to get in on this sweet Internet memeage.

I got so much more than I could have dreamed of.

Here's an excerpt from one of the Amazon customer reviews for the mask they sell (presumably, these are written by grown-ups who pay taxes and shave certain parts of their body:

I'm going to be honest, I have tried several different unicorn masks in the past. I have about 6 masks from various retailers around the internet and I've gotta say, this is the right one for me. When I put it on, I feel the rush of pretending I am a real-life unicorn! It is so realistically styled that there's a connection I feel deep inside when I put it on.

Here's another (again, presumably, another adult human being):

As others have said, this IS a magical mask. There's simply no disputing that. The other day, when i picked up my daughter from school wearing the mask, the look on the faces of her classmates left no doubt that they had been touched by its magic. It's not every day you see a unicorn at a community college, after all.

I encourage you to read the rest at the link above;)

So, whenever you begin to feel like you're not making a difference in the world, take refuge in the idea that someone else is contributing less to the advancement of the species.

BTW, I never imagined covering topics like this on my blog. You've just witnessed an Internet first.

Joel & His Relatively Well-Constructed Tin-Foil Hat About Angus T. Jones (UPDATE)

My friend, Joel, has hypothised that the recent conversion of 'Two and a Half Men' star – Angus T. Jones – is part of a mental breakdown. As I understand it, Jones has recently shown varying opinions about the show on which he has starred since the age of 9. In his most recent public

MUST WATCH: Funny Presidential Debate Lipreading

I was able to pull myself up off the floor long enough to post this for the world to see.  By world, I mean the 12 people who read my blog.  But, anyway…enjoy! These guys do these types of videos for many things, but this is the funniest one I’ve seen in a while.

Conversations with Cleverbot: “Is my son happy in heaven?”

It's been a while, but Conversations with Cleverbot is back! Cleverbot is an artificial intelligence engine which you can ask questions and receive answers which are vaguely reminiscent of something a human might say – much like Mitt Romney (sorry, I couldn't resist). I tend to ask Cleverbot questions with a theological bent to them.

Conversations with Cleverbot: Fig Newtons Are The Word of The Creator

In a recent email exchange with the Institute for Religion & Democracy, they took an article I wrote out of context.  I told them of their error and received an email in quite a prompt manner.  While not apologizing, they did fix their error and remove the post. They also said they looked forward more

Conversations with Cleverbot: The End of the World

I haven’t done one of these in a while.   The subject of the end of the world came up in my Intro to Theology class today, and I thought this would be a good topic for me to discuss with Cleverbot. It went just about as well as our other conversations. Here is what
